Showcasing social justice impact with a digital and print annual report

Overview

For nearly 30 years, WITNESS has been a leading advocate of the use of video and technology to defend human rights and a champion for activists in marginalized communities across the globe. To amplify and elevate this work, the Madeo team collaborated on strategy, design, copywriting, and web development to create a microsite and printed report. The report invites new and existing audiences to learn more about the organization’s global impact and programmatic successes from the past year.

Large, expressive statements and vivid photography carry visitors from page to page, and on the microsite, video from the front lines takes precedence. Together these elements illustrate the urgency of issues from immigration enforcement at the United States border, to war crimes in the Congo, and the value that technology plays in preserving truths and bringing about justice.
