About the Opportunity

We’re seeking experienced designers to join our growing team on a part-time contract basis, at least to start. This is an opportunity to work alongside a close-knit, mission-driven team on meaningful design work with the potential to grow into a longer-term engagement or possibly full-time role depending on designers’ availability and capacity on the team.

We partner with freelance designers across a range of specialties, from brand identity to graphic design to web design. You can select one or more areas as your area of expertise when you apply. There’s no expectation that a designer has to cover every area. There are opportunities to work on individual projects or contribute your design expertise to select ongoing client relationships.

More Details:

  • This is a part-time contract role for approximately 15 to 30 hours per week to start
  • The initial period is 3 months, but can be extended or expanded beyond those hours. This engagement has a high potential to grow over time.
  • Designers should be able to communicate and meet within Madeo’s business hours: 10 am–6 pm EST
  • Compensation will vary depending on the designer’s level of experience, role type, and total hours per week. Compensation will be addressed clearly and very early in the interview process to ensure transparency and alignment
